This can't be good for the SDA SRS can it?
I found this pic, never thought i would see SDA SRS's in the wall. I wonder if he is using the interconect cable? I would guess this would affect the sound of the big boys.

That would definitely affect the way they sound. They're also too close to the side walls. Probably sounds fine for HT or multi-channel music."He who fights with monsters should look to it that he himself does not become a monster. He is using Emo to power them as well. To me it would make more sense to sell the SDA's and buy a nice set of towers spiked to the floor. I wish i had a room that size for my HT setup.

Thats a nice size room . Wish mine was that big.

I bet it sounds pretty good but for an SDA enthusiast, it's certainly less than ideal.CTC BBQ Amplifier, Sonic Frontiers Line3 Pre-Amplifier and Wadia 581 SACD player. Speakers? Always changing but for now, Mission Argonauts I picked up for $50 bucks, mint.

If you look closely they are actually built into the wall. This is exactly what I wanted to do with mine, except I wanted to replicate the cabinet as part of the wall, and then mount my front baffles on each side of my fireplace. I have 3 pair of SRS's, all of which have crumbling cabinets from the flood of '93. I wanted to salvage the front baffles and basically make inwalls. When I someday get time to do this, I'll let you'all know how it worked out!DKG999
