Thinking about finding a 2 channel vintage receiver. Anybody familiar with this model and market value....keep in mind this is Canadian dollars. Any feedback is appreciated.

15 wpc is the conservative rating on this unit. I have a 2220b, and while I've never had it bench tested, I know it's capable of more than it's rated 20wpc. I used to run a pair of monitor 10's, and a pair of 5jr's, at the same time with it. Now I use it to power my computer setup... all it has to do is make my old EPI M50's loud, which it does with **** abandon. I should take it down and see what it does on the SDA 2's, but I'm afraid I'd cook something.
    Ludicrous gibs!

The price is good but the 2215 is very low power. About 15 watts per channel. The 2270 is very popular. Vintage Marantz model numbers generally revealed power output. 2215 was around 15 wpc 2270 around 70wpc. The 2300 series are the most valuable of the vintage Marantz receivers. All of them over 100wpc or more.
