Probably can't pull the trigger on these, but was wondeing if this was a good bargain. Don't know much about the SDA's but always hear good things about them. No picture so I don't know what kind of shape they are in.

A picture would help but a little on the high side unless they're in immaculate condition

Since he is asking for $800 my guess is they are in good shape but you never know.
To me yes that is a good asking price. go see them and bring them home.

I got the pleasure of hearing zardoss;s (Kevin) set and i love them.

$800 is not high for 2.3TL's
Please. Please contact me a ben62670 @ yahoo.com. Make sure to include who you are, and you are from Polk so I don't delete your email. Also I am now physically unable to work on any projects. If you need help let these guys know. There are many people who will help if you let them know where you are.
    Thanks
    Ben

crap it does say "tl" in the ad and that is not bad at all!! even better if they have the interconnect cable and make sure all the speakers work, but I thought they were 750 watts?

Damn, I just called the guy and he said they have been in storage for the last ten years and are in pristine condition. He sounded like an older guy and he is moving and even said the $800 asking price was negotiable. Who wants to go halfsies? LOL.

That is a great price for tl's. You don't see them come up for sale very often either. Before you jump in with both feet remember they need power. Your receiver won't do them justice. Just food for thought.

Yeah I know jt and that is the only reason I am still sitting in my chair and not driving out there right now to go buy them, lol. My 806 will not do them justice and adding enough external amplification will be expensive, but still it would be nice to be able to say I have them yanno. Thanks for the input guys, I am going to see what kind of magic I can pull off.

That was another reason I posted here, I know there are a few other Spokanites here on the forum and was hoping they would see it as well.
