I have tried before to add a photo to my posts but couldn't. I have reconfigured the way my webtv is connected so am trying again.

Well I guess it did not work. The photo did attach to the message when I wrote it but did not transfer. Please, don't any of you computer wizards waste your time trying to tell me how to attach a photo the way you do it with a computer as I do not have a computer and your methods will not work with this webtv internet access device. Damn this was a neat photo of some lightning that I thought some would like.

Where is the photo? Online? What is the URL (address) to the photo?

    phuz.

The photo is in my camera. I have the ability to attach a photo directly to a email. I just thought I might be able to show a photo here on this board. Down below this message block there is a section called attach a file. When I click on that, my photo screen comes up just as it does when I email someone. It even shows the photo when I attach it. But it seems it will not transfer it to the final message. I think my device transmits photos in jpeg form but I am not sure. Well I have tried again but it does not show up on the message preview. I guess I can only send photos direct to someone.

Interesting. Does WebTV give you any webspace? Like for a website or anything? If so you should be able to transfer the pic there and then post it. Otherwise just email it to me if you really wanna post it and I'll do it. :)

    phuz.

I'm not sure what you mean by web space. I can not down load anything with webtv if that is what you mean. Or do you mean I should get my own website and post pictures there? Send me a email at this address. magic69rt@webtv.net and I will send you the photo, then if you think it is worth posting you can give it a shot.

Yes thats what I mean. If you had a website with pics on it (you don't even need a webpage, just put the pics on the internet somewhere) then you could post them here using the img tags. We can explain how later, just get the webspace with the pics first.
