Tsi300 vs Monitor 60
Considering the Tsi300 or Monitor 60's for fronts because they are both the same price at newegg. i know the monitor 60's have more drivers but does this mean it will sound better ? I already have cs10 and tsi100 so cosmetically the tsi300's would fit in better

I have a pair of 300s and a pair of M70s...I use the 300s as surrounds. If you're concerned with cosmetics and this is pretty much a HT set up. Just buy a damn good sub and keep it TSI all the way around. They do 'look' nicer! And the sub will fill in what the 400s would provide by way of fuller/lower sound.
But it is your call..in the end...

I like the TSi line myself. If you want to have the same ascetics then go with the 300's. You will definitely want something more than the PSW10 as your sub. I have the 400's as my fronts and the psw only goes slightly lower, so much so that it spends most of it's time off.

Well as for the sub i'll have to deal with that later but for now im trying to replace the tsi100s do you think the monitor 60's will be that much of a step up as far as sound quality or anything ?TV- Samsung 24" LCD T240HD

Yes!
The 100s are a nice bookshelf but a full sized tower will put it away as a two channel front. M60s are a nice choice.

I just fired up my monitor 70's and I thought for 2-channel music they knocked the socks off my Boston Acoustics VR-M60's, and I think I couldn't even buy one of them new for what I'd have paid for a pair of m70's new.
If you have room and WAF for a tower, get a tower!
