I have a pretty small room and and have heard a lot about sound bouncing off walls and lowering sound quality.

Does anyone know a cheap way to make sound absorbing panels (aside from egg cartons) or at least a cheap place to get some ?

    Cheap enough to skip DIY.
I've really been looking at this lately. There are a lot of posts along
the same line. The new floorstanders bounce a lot of sound off
the back wall. I think a pair of these on the back wall would work
wonders. I was going to test the concept with a couple of 2' by 4'
fiberglass ceiling tiles, but they seem to have gone extinct from
home depot and lowes. I guess I'm gonna have to spring for a couple
of these to see how they work.

Nice site Sucks, I may have to order two and rid of the corner foam treatments in my room. I'd go with the 24x48 panels and corner load them in the front of the room. Good prices also.

Also, I'm going to build a pile of panels pretty much just like the ATS panels. They just use Roxul AFB and dyed burlap over a wooden frame.
