$5800 and $2 binding posts? Nice looking stuff though.

    Their drivers look like turbochargers.

That's exactly what I thought when I saw the pics of the amp. So much for no compromise.

I'll tell you those binding posts are better than the posts on the Carver M-1.5t sitting in my closet.

What the hell are you going to do with it?
I procrastinate a lot and thats the only reason I have not bothered sending it to the Northwest for upgrades. For about $200. I think it would be a good deal. Oh well, thats what this thread is about but a little high jacking here and there is not too bad.

You sure it's an amp? $5800---the seller has a rating of 0; the website features an ad for colon cleansing. Maybe it's a modified toaster.:D

The amp's bling factor is high, no doubt. It looks like they will customize to meet your "ornamental" needs. The company may be the "Orange County Cycle" of the custom amp industry. They are located out in Salt Lake, maybe Brett can check them out and give us some feedback.

Wow, Please keep your crazy comment out of the good threads!

If you don't want to spend that kind of money, it's perfectly fine.

But there is no reason to destroy other peoples' appreciation for this hobby too, right?

Can't say as I'm the biggest fan of horns, but ..... whew ! That's some artistry at work there.

BTW: where are you all seeing prices at ?

It's actually one of the less expensive models I've seen from him. Last ones I saw were over $20k and made the one linked in the first post look pedestrian.

I saw that when it was listed as I'm addicted to Audiogon :D. I think it's very easy on the eyes. If it sounds as good as it looks...........it's worth the $$$

One of the guys in our circle of audio buds has a preamp made by Josh. It's really one slick looking unit! So heavy, that it's about more than one guy can carry. If you're going to build something, why not make it something worth looking at? That metal work is so cool...

    Yes...it sounds great! :D
