hey im looking to buy subs for my truck but don't know what would be the best buy and the best set up for them either i was looking into buying kenwood KFC excelon but i don't know so if any of you have ideas let me know . or the set ups you have in your truck

    thanks for both replys i know i did measure and down by the bottom of the seat its 13' and gets smaller on up i plained on putting the amp back behind the console how big would the box have to be if i got a sub that had a depth of 6 1/4 just wondering im new to all this stuff so yah sorry i didn't give you all enough information

    still not enough. manufacturers give exact recommended box specs in manual or by contacting them. sounds like a prefab truck wedge box is your next purchase. they're not usually deep. get a quality sub KFC makes better chicken. polk MM subs shallow and quality..
