I had the privilege of meeting Dom at the feast of San Genero in Hollywood, and was part of a group of folks that he cooked some chicken pasta for. I had a great time and met him afterwards for the recipe. He was A genuine, warm and humorous man that loved food as much as he did others. Dom, it was a pleasure to have met you!
