Where to repair B&K amp

I have a 10-15 years old B&K AV6000 amp. It has 6 channels, but one of them seems not working (no output).
Also, I only need 5 channels, so am thinking about bridging 2 of them, so it becomes a 5-channel amp. The manual said the bridging has better to be done by dealer or factory.
Anybody knows where I can send it for repair/conversion? I am in SF Bay area, but will ship it if necessary.
Thank you.
