Bridged or not

I have 2 clairion APX 480 running 4 pair of polk momo mmc650. I am using the amps full stereo. But was wondering if I would get better sound if I bridged the amp and connected 2 speakers to each side (front/back) instead of individual channels. In stereo mode the RMS is 80X4 @.05 THD. In mono mode the RMS is 230X2 @ 5 THD. Is this THD too high? How about over powering the speakers Mas power is 180 watts? And should I be using the built in crossover on the amp even though the speakers have a passive crossover? Thanks for your help!!!!!
