Opinions on these DACs- yeah I know I have asked before

Apologize for such a newbie question. I will be using a DAC to help my PS3 play CDs.Currently using my Denon AVR's DAC.

Right now a better CDP is not an option due to space limitations. Weak excuse I know but that is the fact.

I have narrowed my list down to these 3 DACs and could sure use some expertise help.

What would be you choice based upon information provided considering age, warrenty and price.

Benchmark DAC1 used typically are in the 3-5 year old range for somewhere in the range of $650 to $700. Fot that age and price I had just as soon by new

B Stock PS AUDIO Digital Link III DAC $599

Monarchy Model 22B used about 10 years old recently upgraded with Burr Brown's PCM1704K 24/96 chips with 6 month warrenty from Monarchy

The DLIII at $599 looks tempting.
The DAC1 or DLIII both have very good low jitter input reciever sections that IMO make them better choices than the 22 when used with the PS3 as the transport.

Thanks GV ! I think the B stock PS Audio will be the one. Looks like there are couple of mods out there for it as well. Not that that is in the future any time soon.

I appriciate your opinions and feedback the last couple of days on DACs.

I went with the DAC1 after looking at the DLIII. I cannot compare the 2, but it seems like the Dac1 has the superior jitter control, regardless of cable length and does not add any color to the music. All the DLIII reviews I found spoke about a warm sound. Warm=color. I did not want my dac to change the sound in any way, just be dead neutral. The DLIII pricing has been going down due to the new Perfect Wave units coming out. Another feature is that is a preamp and headphone amp also.

I ordered the PS Audio today, I am actually looking for a warmer sound.
