RTE-35's-are they OK for U.S?

I know the RTE means that they were made for sale overseas.
Wondering if there's anything different in their 'makeup' that would make any difference in using them in the U.S?

    I think that we've covered this about 6 months or so ago........

    You shouldn't hear any difference. The E is for Export......according to Polk Customer Service......
