It doesn't appear that there is anything out there on the secondary market when I search for "Power Enhancer v2" or "PE Quantum Power Enhancer" on amazon.com, ebay.com or google, etc.

Hee hee, I am not trying to start a bussiness.
I built a similar el cheapo parallel power filtering circuit in a recycle head lamp plastic box with a pig tail (main cable), LOL.
Based on the Monster/Entech power line noise detection toy, this little circuit did reduce the RF/EMI level from 100 to about 5 (yeah, from listen to the radio station loud and clear to totally quiet in the little speaker), for less than $10 of parts. I was thinking about building a few of these and plug in whatever outlet are noisy, and I am short of the plastic box and 3 wire-main cable. I suppose these kind of casing will cost just about the same as a nice plastic box and a 3 wire main cable with plug ......
