Sound Absorbing Panel Ideas Needed

Anybody have a good blueprint for DIY sound absorbing panels and/or know a good source to purchase for low price???

Can sound absorbing ceiling panels be used? Do they have similar sound aborbing characterists as the expensive rigid fiberglass panels? I'm thinking of at least installing ceiling panels on my drywalled ceiling in the critical sound reflection areas.
