Letter to GM....

Hello
Some of you may know I got an 09 Colorado, was having a few issues with it but has been all ironed out with the dealership and looks like all the bugs are out of it.
The main issues I've been having is driving on the gravel roads and all of the issues I've had could have been fixed easily and with no extra cost to GM. Its just poor real world testing and no common sense from the engineers.
Anyway I sent off a certified letter to them just giving them some feedback and letting them know the issues I've had and what they could do to fix them in future releases. Also told them I really like the pickup...The letter was sent to the main GM office, and I was very nice in the letter. I told them they could call me if they wanted or just reply back to the letter I sent.
Yesterday I get a call......from some dude in the Phillippines....pretty much stuttered around and didn't really know what to say to me. He tried quoting things in the letter but could tell he never read it....I hung up on him....
Sad.....

Sad indeed

I've heard a lot of complaints about the Colorado/Canyon and have yet to hear anyone praise it as a "buy again" vehicle. Oddly, it was well received upon introduction.
