Well I was doing my first drive by lawn mowing. The neighbor has some tall grass I didn't like so I figured I would fire one up and cut the lawn. I found as turtle for my older daughter Ashley to play with(good Karma:)) but while going up the hill I rode a Little wheelie so I figured a more throttle, an d some dumping of th clutch I could ride a longer wheelie. Well it didn't go as planned. I flipped it. The turtle is fine. I received a few scratches, an the th headlight lens popped out and the steering wheel is scuffed, but it was all fun. I want to put some wheelie bars on it for entertainment purposes. I R A redneck.

Remind me to stay off your grass if I ever make it down. -
I don't think I ever flipped a lawn mower. It's not that I haven't tried but push mowers aren't quite as fun to try on.Expert Moron Extraordinaire

I jack-knifed a lawn tractor and its teeny little trailer once, if that makes you feel any better...

this dude flipped a school bus...well, more like the "Cool Bus".

I dunno, Ben. Seems like a challenge to me. You gonna take that from some dude that rides at the FRONT of the bus?Expert Moron Extraordinaire

I had a tractor on the two left side wheels once... One of the scariest feelings 'til I wrenched the steering wheel around and brought it back down. I've gotten myself into lots of interesting situations with tractors in the years that I used to cut 7 acres of "not flat" land every week.Ludicrous gibs!

My friend's grandfather killed himself by rolling his tractor. Watch out for that lawn equipment and I'm glad you're okay Ben.

Yea, the torque present on even small tractors is suprisingly large. Unfortunately for a small tractor, you tend to sit over the rear wheels, so your weight will not to add much counterbalance. Front bumper weights help out a lot, as they maximize the fight against the lifting torque in the rear wheels.

Definitely be careful with the lawn gear. Though I work the Forestry & Construction Div for Deere, I know some of our small engines are well capable of some very good power. Just would hate for you to have the green and yellow take you out.

The worst part is this thread is titled "I flipped my first vehicle" so Ben do you intend to do it again. Man when I flipped my little bronco II I was done, nuff flippin fo my po white butt.
still it was kinda fun, in a sadistic sort of way.
