RTi A3 versus FXI A4/A6 bookshelf?

I am wondering if my Polk RTi A3 bookshelf speakers in my 7.1 surround system are giving my my money's worth especially for movie HT and if it's the right match? I heard my friend's Polk FXI A4 and A6 for movies and I think the FXI series personally sounds better. Reading the forums on different websites seems to lean towards the FXI for movies HT. I am wondering if I should replace my RTi A3's with either the FXI A4 or A6. My main purpose for sound is for movies, tv/sports. Which speaker is prefered for movie HT? I recieved my new SVS Ultra today after hooking it up it just makes the RTi A3's so pathetic I think. I watched 10 minutes of Batman Dark Knight on bluray and ESPN Sports Center and have the Boston Red Sox game on. There is good power from the fronts, but the sides and rears seem much weaker, I guess it could be because the new sub that is in the front corner is giving off a different sensation now. But overall is the FXI series bookshelf speakers better for movies, tv/sports than the RTi A3, A6 or should I keep everything in the RTi line? Does it offer better synergy?
