What would be a fair price for a PSW12 sub in 7 - 8 / 10 condition?
My current speaker setup is RTiA9, CSiA6, FXiA6 currently w/ no sub, but dont want to spend much $$$
I found one on Craigslist in my area...thanks in advance

    That's a fair question.

The MSRP was originally 399 for that sub. But CC before it disappeared would often sell it new for close to 200 on a sale? So if it's USED....I'd say LESS than that! The reason being that you can get a PSW505 which is a better 12" for 300 new plus shipping. So try for 150 or even less if you can? It's not a bad cheap sub, but puts out lot of port noise unless you run it low and/or spend a lot of time fussing over its placement. You CAN reduce the port noise significantly if you're willing to mess around with it for a week or two? I've been there, done that!

Thanks man. There is also a PSW125 on Polk Direct for 200.00 or bid if this falls through. Does the PSW125 have the same port noise issue?

Polk moved the port to the bottom on that model. The design tightens up the bass some but the PSW12 actually reaches just a bit lower.

200 is a nice price for the 125.
