I just overheard it being talked about....I'll join in my usual nerdy fashion.

Tom - Please send a pic of that directly to me at mln@polkaudio.com. Hopefully the spam filter will catch it.

    You're right of course.

Twitter....I don't get that! Limited character communication--...why don't we just 'whisper down the alley'...at least we can CREATE an amusing twist on the original message....at the other end!

Why do people feel the need to see/hear themselves 'chirp' about nothing electronically...don't we 'waste' enough time already?

Will this be anything like the MySpace debacle? If so, I'll pass.

I found Polk's Myspace page quite a while back, and sent a friend request. It hasn't been replied to yet. That's likely because the account hasn't been logged in since 10/1/07 though.

Twitter's good for some things; I use it to follow comedians and some random news outlets. The comedians usually find witty ways to use their 160 characters, and the news outlets you get a headline and a link to follow if you find the headline interesting. No different than an RSS feed in that respect.
If you will it, dude, it is no dream.

You know, after today's experience with another **** that gets way too upset about playing a silly game on Facebook, Facebook can go suck an egg.
