This is my first installation I have done with a projector. I will be using the Mitsubishi HC1500 720P projector. I am looking to use at least a 100 inch electric screen (Perhaps tabbed tension)
Here you can see a video of my room HERE and pictures below.

The screens I am looking at are
1) --> 100" Tension flat 1.4 Gain

or Focupix HDVio 16:9 100" Electric 1.3 Gain
2)--> http://www.htdepot.com/Focupix_HDVio_Widescreen_Electric_Screen_100_p/fhv169ax-100.htm
One has a gain of 1.4 (but is tabbed tensioned )which I think is too bright for the HC1500.
Other than that which screen do you recommend? What about high contrast Grey? I would rather have darker blacks. The darker the better. From wall to wall is about 17ft and floor to ceiling is about 14ft. I'm trying to decide what type of screen to use and what gainThis projector is pretty bright even in low lamp mode.
I have some other questions. Can I mount the projector to the ceiling instead of trying to mount it to the back wall? Would the fan get in the way of the image? How would do this? As far as wiring, I think I only need a 50ft HDMI cable and a thick 10 gauge power cable to go from the projector to the UPS that I will use to power everything with. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Also I forgot to ask, what mount should I use to mount my RT28i surround speakers? Those things are pretty heavy.My System

From
http://www.polkaudio.com/homeaudio/specs/recent/rti28/
# Sanus Natural Foundation 30" speaker stands (for front channel use) or 36" for surround speaker use.
# OmniMount articulating wall-mount bracket
So those are Polk's recommendations.
