Monitor 7Bs in Simi Valley, California

I know I'm breaking a forum rule here (since I can't post a classified ad without a certain number of posts) but I'm at a loss. I've got a set of Monitor 7Bs, cherry finish, no grilles, pretty scuffed up that I need to get rid of and I hate to give them to Goodwill (which is where I bought them) or to put them out at the curb. They'd be good for parts or anyone willing to re-finish them. They're on Craigslist locally but no one seems interested. I'm asking $25, but I'll take $10 for the pair from a forum member as penance for breaking the forum rules.

    Welcome to Club Polk. Get your post count up to 25 and then try again...you shouldn't have any problem moving those speakers here. Just don't spam up the forum with a bunch of meaningless posts to get to 25 like some other people have.;)

    Those are Peerless 7B's...which are pretty desirable. I'm surprised you haven't moved them locally at that price.

    I "threw you under the bus" for publicly scolding me while you tried to get the speakers for your friend. Does that brown shirt fit well?

    The guy who picked them up is also a Club Polk forum member, and a damn nice guy, too. Bummer for your friend that you're such a hard-headed jerk.

    You knew you were breaking the rules when you made the post, yet you did it anyway. That is why I posted what I did. I then sent the email to you because I wanted to help you off forum because you cannot exchange PM's yet. If you followed forum rules I would not have had to send you the email off site in the first place. You knowingly break the rules here and I am the bad guy?
