Just fyi...since apparently you didn't see the notice when you got him...he's a cat. Uselessness is a given.

    ;)

    Great pic of him, though.

My female cat, Scout, just turned 15 last week. The boy, Tiggy, is 18 months and is a freak of nature and the most talkative cat I've ever owned but really cool. I've had a couple dozen over the years. The wife and I used to rescue them from the pound. We'd pick the one's that were docile and tell them to call us if they weren't adopted within two days of euthanasia. We'd find homes for them amongst friends, co-workers and neighbors. Before we had kids we normally had 4-5 permanent resident felines. I love that they are "useless"(though I'd say they are just independent), though Scout does become quite vocal when she detects something out of the norm, in or out of the house. We got her after she was separated from her mother at approximately 3-4 weeks. I fed her with an eye dropper for over a month before she took to kitty food and water. Other than losing most of her jumping ability, she's still quite healthy and can put the very lively boy in his place when required.

Have fun at the Masters. I'm watching Lefty and Tiger making a serious run in HD.

Scout's on the left. Yes, she was named after Scout from "To Kill a Mockingbird"

A Cute Cat for sure! I have a black and white cat too. I don't think cats are at all useless. Cats are very alert species to the surroundings they are in.

In you end up in the unfriendly environment, do as a Cat do - piss, walk on and run. :D

Somehow I see Senor BBL turning this into the LONGEST thread of all time.
I never had it like this where I grew up. But I send my kids here because the fact is you go to one of the best schools in the country: Rushmore. Now, for some of you it doesn't matter. You were born rich and you're going to stay rich. But here's my advice to the rest of you: Take dead aim on the rich boys. Get them in the crosshairs and take them down. Just remember, they can buy anything but they can't buy backbone. Don't let them forget it. Thank you.Herman Blume - Rushmore

So, the SPCA recently became No-Kill (meaning they have a huge waiting list for people trying to surrender their pets). My GF and I were considering getting another cat as a playmate for Yoda (pictured earlier in the thread), so we decided to go looking today.

Came home with this one, who the GF has named Duck. Better than the name on the forms, which was Carmilla...
