Vintage Albums Price question

Hey guy's,

I'm currently stuck for advise on what is consider a fair price on an album that is in excellent shape, sleeve, cover etc....

I have over 200 albums that a guy wants to buy from me but I don't know what they are worth. They truely are in excellent shape. If it was a buddy, I would probably give them to him no charge, but I don't know this guy and he lost his collection in a fire.

Album i.e.:

Genesis
Santana
Steely Dan
Shooting Star
Bon Jovi
Heart
Boston
Chuck Mangione
Jeff Beck
Pink Floyd

etc...

I would appreciate your suggestions?

Perhaps I should mention that they are vinyl albums.

Back when I started replacing my vinyl albums with CDs, most music stores that sold used vinyl would pay between $0.75 to $1.00 per album IF they were in good to excellant condition.
