are they supposed to lock in place or just sit in the jack? i just got some ps audio wires that are very thick and not very flexible. the plugs always pull out while moving my speakers for placement tweaks. any thoughts? btw, the spades option doesn't seat down, thats how thick these wires are

I'd like to know the answer too. I'm thinking about getting some for my setup, as changing cables/re-positioning loose cables can be a real hassle with fat fingers like mine.

I don't know if PS Audio offers them, but what you want is locking banana plugs so that they won't pull out of your speaker.

Call PS Audio and tell them your bananna's are loose and they will send new ones. I have the Extreme cables and mine started to be a little loose. I called and the little lady thast answers the phone took my name and sent me a set of 11 banannas and a set of 10 spades for my cables. FREE! That is if your's are removable.
