The Klipschorns are 104db at one watt. You will need at least 400 continuous Parasound watts to even hear them.:p -
Update! Santa came early this year! A little package was at my doorstep when I got home. A sexy tube amp was inside. JOOOOYYYYY!
It has begun. Thanks Danny. You have a PM.

Now seeking a nice DAC........

Update...CDP..Small amp and a pair of bookies...sounding o so nice.....

Pass Clone amp, Dodd ELP, DacMagic, cheap transport, some decent cables, and you're on your way for around $1K.
Or pick up a Cambridge 540A/640A, a 540C/640C, and some decent cables. You won't have the magic of tubes or be 2 ohm stable, but you'll save some money and still have a very nice sounding budget rig.
I didn't include speakers since you already have more than what you know what to do with.

Lest we ever forget:
TUBES RULE.
They say the world will end in either ice or fire, I choose fire.

Did you ever get your DAC?~ In search of accurate reproduction of music. Real sound is my reference and while perfection may not be attainable? If I chase it, I might just catch excellence. ~
