    I love the ridiculously long text on the face of the amp. "Load Invariant High Fidelity Super Definition Power Amplifier"...lol That's what makes it all worthwhile. You can go around telling people that you have a load invariant high fidelity super definition power amplifier now!:p

    I still want that mcintosh so I can compare the two. It would be no big deal but I never dreamed a mac could be had for the same price as one of these. I have always thought of Sunfire as some of the best mid-fi gear you could get and mac as being untouchable, along with krell/levinson/classe etc... to be able to compare gear with such a reputation to the Sunfire would be so much fun for me. The scary part would be wanting to keep them both!

    I am planning on hooking it up next week... anyone have a suggestion as to what kind of I/C to go with? I will be using a yamaha RX-V861 as a pre for a while...
