I"ve used both these amps with Paradigm 100"s and they sound exactly the same (to my ears anyway) Amc costs less but seems to be just as good .They are also very similar under the cover.

Not selling just saying quality and sound seems the same but amc is the better deal I think. Both are rated at 150 wpc.
