Quite possibly the most laughable movie I've seen in quite a while. Seriously... we're talking Battlefield Earth territory.I never had it like this where I grew up. But I send my kids here because the fact is you go to one of the best schools in the country: Rushmore. Now, for some of you it doesn't matter. You were born rich and you're going to stay rich. But here's my advice to the rest of you: Take dead aim on the rich boys. Get them in the crosshairs and take them down. Just remember, they can buy anything but they can't buy backbone. Don't let them forget it. Thank you.Herman Blume - Rushmore

You can stimulate the economy by buying GOOD movies. If you will it, dude, it is no dream.

I personally didn't like it as I thought the writing was mediocre and plus I couldn't get pass the accents of certain characters.

Damn...I just rented this movie last night. I haven't watched it yet.
My expectations for it just went down quite a bit.The nirvana inducer-

Be thankful you rented and didn't buy it.
Very true...for that matter, I didn't even pay for the rental. My local Family Video usually has a deal going where you get a free $1 rental with the rental of any new release. 10,000 BC was in the $1 section...for good reason I'm guessing at this point...lolThe nirvana inducer-

Well, quit your belly achin' then and go watch the biggest suck egg movie of our time.
Edit: You should have got Quest for Fire instead. The dialog alone in it blows 10,000 BC away.
Ron Perlman's best performance before Hellboy.
Yeah, I'll probably get around to watching it sometime. Probably Sunday sometime. I'll report back with how bad it was...lol
I've never heard of Quest for Fire...I've never seen Hellboy either actually. I'm not a die-hard movie watcher though, this is the first time I've rented movies in about 3 months. The nirvana inducer-

I don't know guys, I really didn't think this movie was that bad. It's not my new favorite movie by any means...but I enjoyed it. There were definitely some parts that were a bit on the cheesy side...overall I didn't think it was that bad.
I don't think I'll be running out and buying it anytime soon...but I'd probably watch it again. The nirvana inducer-

Same here.
I liked it. Wasn't the greatest movie. But liked it none the less.

Rent it first. Sounds like some people here liked it, My girlfriend and I thought it was poo. YMMV."They who can give up essential liberty to obtain a little temporary safety, deserve neither liberty nor safety."

Watched it on demand, and am glad I didn't pay for it. Might look nice on BR, but you can do better for your $ as far as films go.....

Terrible, I would go for Apocolypto a thousand times over this slop. It may have looked okay (picture wise) but it was too stupid to wrap my mind around and enjoy. I was waiting for this one to end.
