Does anyone know what kind of upgrades/updates are out there for a Polkie to perform on M12's? I know I need MUCH more power than what I've got(looking at an Onkyo M-504). I'm specifically looking for input on driver and/or crossover mods. I've got the updated schematic and the original(mine are the originals).

Thanks much people,

It's actually pretty simple, just replace the capacitors and resistors with ones of better quality. The most difficult part is fitting everything together on the small binding post cup.

I am going to etch a board for all the goods, so the posts aren't really a problem. Any suggestions for tweeter protection(and don't say turn it down).

What if I REALLY beef up the power supply of the amp. Larger bank of main caps(with bypass caps or snubbers if you prefer), larger(higher watt rating, slightly lower ohm rating) resistors for the current source. Bigger bridge rectifier, remove a turn or two on the primary to step up voltage a hair. Any ideas? OR what about some Pass Labs amps-Alephs or a super-sym?

I'll be building the Pass stuff. What about an old HK, like a Citation 22?
