When i was looking for one i went everywhere here in town not thinking about looking online. So i ended up building my own so i had the space to put my A6. But somebody here posted a web site with some really nice ones. I think it was Ben but not sure. I am sure someone will chim in for you.
If i was at home i would help you find it but i am at work. if nobody post it during the day i will find it and post it for you later this evening.
Good luck.

I had a hard time finding what you are looking for Hoosier. I ended up going with a smaller center channel.
I may end up mounting the TV on the wall (pending WAF) and putting a huge center on the TV stand top.
Let us know what you get. -

Here's an option:
Sanus TV stand
This style isn't for everyone, but I have a strange "L" shaped room where my TV is kind of out in the middle of the short leg of the L, so for me this style is perfect. I have the 2 shelf version, and can say these are pretty well built.
Shelves are adjustable in height and can handle 50lbs max, so should be more than enough. Available from many retailers, Crutchfield just happened to be the link I grapped from Google.
I also noticed they have some wall mountable shelves that also would handle the CSi 5/A6 if mounted under a wall mounted TV

Found this at Frys <http://www.corimages.com/Webpages/ProductInfo.asp?disp=series&series=milan&model=ML-1450>. Works well, nice looking, and I was able to mount a 42" LCD high enough for the CSi 5 fo set on the top shelf.
