Monitor 7 crossovers

Hey Guys. I have seen this sale on e-bay for a while now.

I relieze they are not Sonicaps or Mills but for a budget set of 7's what are your opinions on them.

For $26 shipped is it worth it or should I wait until I can come up with the scratch for the real deal.

Just the Ebay package. The kit uses a non polar electrolytic on the low pass, and the guy is selling them like they would work with a bunch of different models that the kit wouldn't work properly with.
