Ok, let's try this again:

Sans some dust, the unit is MINT. I've owned it for about 8 months, I am the original owner, it was set in place and never moved. You'll get:
1) Placette RVC passive preamp
2) All original packing/manuals/remote/walwart
If you are a stickler for "from the studio" sound, here's your preamp. You won't believe how much your preamp was doing "wrong" until you try this. This is a totally passive pre, do your research before you buy as far as impedance matching, etc. I have had no problems with my equipment--everything easily plays to full volume.
I BS you not on what this unit does; it has to heard to be appreciated. Complete neutrality and a solidly locked center stage. There's a reason it sells for $1000 new. If you have a dedicated 2-channel setup with 1 main source--this piece is nirvana, period. In 35 years of hi-fi listening, this is the best, most tonally linear preamp I have ever owned.
This unit has 1 input, and 1 output.
$715 shipped (Money Order only, CONUS only)
First committed buyer gets it.

As a bonus, I'll throw in your choice of either a Signal Cable dig coax, 1meter; or a DH Labs D-75 dig coax, 1mtr. Both in mint condition. The DH Labs is RCA to BNC.Source: Bluesound Node 2i - Preamp/DAC: Benchmark DAC2 DX - Amp: Parasound Halo A21 - Speakers: MartinLogan Motion 60XTi - Shop Rig: Yamaha A-S501 Integrated - Shop Spkrs: Elac Debut 2.0 B5.2

Bump
Payments are a possibility. If you've been wanting to try a passive, this is the one. In the highly unlikely event that you don't like it, at this price, it could be turned around at little or no loss.Source: Bluesound Node 2i - Preamp/DAC: Benchmark DAC2 DX - Amp: Parasound Halo A21 - Speakers: MartinLogan Motion 60XTi - Shop Rig: Yamaha A-S501 Integrated - Shop Spkrs: Elac Debut 2.0 B5.2 -
Final price drop, then she's off to Audiogon...

I have lowered the price on audiogon to $650 + $15 shipping. Polkies will get it for $650 shipped. I would really like to see a Polkie get it.
