dB1212 amp..?

hi everyone, I was planning on purchasing the dB1212. It says use Class-D, power handling: 50-360 watts RMS (720 watts peak power)

So I am guessing to get a 700watt amp or lower..?
Also any recommendations on what amp? (polk, pioneer, alpine)

Sorry I am a little new around car electronics, just trying to learn more.
