My buddy is selling a pair that hve been modded with new caps and resistors. Where are you located?
BenPlease. Please contact me a ben62670 @ yahoo.com. Make sure to include who you are, and you are from Polk so I don't delete your email. Also I am now physically unable to work on any projects. If you need help let these guys know. There are many people who will help if you let them know where you are.
Thanks

Polk Direct eBay store have them for $899 BIN. -
+1 on the polk direct ebay store, but I think they have raised their prices 15's are now 999 BIN and 25's are 1099 BIN. Still a very good price on these.
Best regards

It's interesting that they're all BIN only now. They had a whole slew of them go up recently and the auction prices went lower. Still a good deal though... basically half price. They will list them at auction, just not on a regular basis. If you are not in a hurry you can wait it out, however IMO people don't tend to save a lot with the more popular speakers.

Just checked on what I posted. Actually quite a bit when they come up.

Hey! Thanks everybody!
Right now I am in NM. Basically I am from Bangladesh (Air Force). Came here for a course with the USAF. Will be here till May.
I initially wanted to get the LSi25s. But it turned out the airliners won't let me carry those because of the size and weight. Sending them by FedEx or UPS would be very expensive. So, For now, I think I would go for the LSi15s from the eBay.
And I am planing to get the HK-3490 Receiver for driving these speakers. Is it good enough? Or, I should look for something else? I just want a purely two channel audio system, no surround system.
Again, it's nice to be in the Polk Forum and greatly appreciate all of your time and patience. -
I was using an HK 354 reciever for my LSi15's LSiC and LSi9's and it sounded good, but i got a parasound halo a51 recently (using my HK354 as a pre amp) and found that it really made a huge difference in sound quality. I would suggest getting a better integrated amp then HK-3490 for better sound quality, personally.
