Changing "For Sale" to "Sold"?

Would anyone care to tell me how I go about changing "For Sale" to "Sold" in the classifieds section?
Is this something a moderator has to do? If it's the latter, I have already PM'd Justin this morning and I will just wait to hear back from him.

    Yep, the mods handle it. I dont think Justin has been around much lately, but the other mods will see it and mark it accordingly.
