Ok, now I've got Polk RTi70s as mains, the Polk CSi40 for a center and I'm looking to upgrade my surrounds. I am currently using the satellites from an RM7300 as my surrounds. Any recommendations out there, given the following choices:

FXi30 vs. FXi50
RTi38 vs. RTi28
RC65i vs. RC55i

Also, can the FXi30/50 be put on stands as opposed to mounting them to the wall?

Thanks,

Ray

    My $0.02

Side surrounds: FXi50's in dipole mode mounted directly to each side of the key listening positions about 5-6 feet high. These can be stand or wall mounted. They have built in wall mounting brackets.

Rear Surrounds for 7.1: RTi28's placed behind the key listening positions to each side about 5 feet high.

Rear Surround for 6.1: A single RTi38 placed directly behind the key listening positions about 5 feet high.
