Soooo, just curious which of my fellow Polkies will be indulging in some beer, possibly green beer, or some sort of alcoholic beverage later today? ;)

Maybe some of you, like myself, have already started. Of course it helps that I'm on a 4 day weekend!...;)

Happy St. Patrick's Day!!!! :D

Had myself a glass of Paddy Old Irish Whiskey. That's all I wanted, and needed.

I enjoy Guinness all year round so tonight...

I've been drinking out of a green bottle. Does that count?
Miller Chill baby! Can't get it in Canada yet but I picked up 2 cases when I was down to the border on Friday. Such a good refreshing beer btw. makes Bud Light Lime look like a pile of puke. Which I will probably produce tomorrow morning whilst trying to work.
    Happy St. Patrick's day everyone.

Nah...not much drinking for me tonight. I spent the better part of my day anywhere from 60-100 feet up in a giant oak tree hanging from a rope though...and I get to go back up in it tomorrow...so I think I'd do best to not be all hung over tomorrow...lol

Ah...the joys of being a professional tree climber.:)

I am planning on enjoying the last two Goose Island 312's that are in my fridge though. In fact, I'm enjoying one right now.

Very nice. Goose Island makes some damn good beer. I love it too, because they're based and brewed in Chicago. Being an Illinoisan...I like to support the local economy when I can.;)

Was out earlier to get my Corned Beef, Cabbage, Potato's and Carrots.

I had (2) Guinness and (2) Irish Car Bombs and a shot of Jameson. Been home for awhile now.......let the amateurs have their fun.

My Saint Patty's Day was spent laying laminate while fueled on Jaeger. I entirely expect the room to look like a Seusian nightmare. So green eggs and ham for me, please...
I never had it like this where I grew up. But I send my kids here because the fact is you go to one of the best schools in the country: Rushmore. Now, for some of you it doesn't matter. You were born rich and you're going to stay rich. But here's my advice to the rest of you: Take dead aim on the rich boys. Get them in the crosshairs and take them down. Just remember, they can buy anything but they can't buy backbone. Don't let them forget it. Thank you.Herman Blume - Rushmore
