Hey all new to the forum here. I used to be into car audio back in the day. Boy lots have changed since used to be 600watt 4 ch amp was top notch stuff. Anyway I currently have a 2004 Chrysler 300m (old body style) and was looking at building a clamshell Isobaric loading setup with the output port facing directly up through the rear deck. Any suggestions on which speakers to use. I am not looking to loosen any tooth fillings but would like a nice tight bass response. So any ideas?

Why isobaric? There are plenty of subs on the market that work in very small enclosures or even IB. I had a 300m and used 3 10" subs IB in the rear deck. Plenty of low-end and very accurate.

i try to steer clear of isobaric setups...mainly because, as pretty as the motor of a memphis m3 sub is, i'd still rsther hie them in a box rather than expose one of them. if you're dead set on isobaric configurations i can discuss our options with you, especially some of the better distortion-cancelling ones.
