I don't see how any of them could be accurate. They're based on averages, but things can change a lot day to day.Ludicrous gibs!

That is very interesting to see how the data rate of change differs from each catergory.
I am also concerned about how they get the data and if there is a bias in the collection of data.

Thanks for posting your left wing messageI refuse to argue with idiots, because people can't tell the DIFFERENCE!

Stupid. Why pretend to be constantly updating? Just post the approximate averages.

As well you should be. A bunch of those statistics could be considered.... controversial at best. "Deaths caused by smoking this year" isn't exactly a number that is even remotely accurate, as a vast majority of deaths that COULD be attributed to smoking aren't, and vice versa. "Oil left" is obviously a random estimate, no one knows exactly how much oil is "left", and new fields are found all the time. Ditto for "gas and coal" left.If you will it, dude, it is no dream. -

Yes I agree with your point. I always try to understand where the data came from and how it was collected. I have taken courses in statistics and use technican data in my job every day. I am always amazed how easy people can be changed by bad data. Maybe they are too trusting or are looking for information to support their beliefs, who knows.
It is very difficult to qualify the accuracy and collection methods of most data today. Bad and inaccurate data is everywhere today.
I just liked the formate presentation and comparison methods of this questionable data. It gets your attention. -
It does get your attention. Another thing that is very dishonest is the use of decimals or units; depending on how many decimal places you go out or which units you use you can make the numbers look like they're flying or not moving at all. In particular the "current average temperature" reads 14.554701420 degrees. That's out to the billionth of a degree to make the numbers tick almost once every second. (If it were ticking every second, by the way, it would take more than 31 years for it to tick a billion times, equaling one full degree.)If you will it, dude, it is no dream.

Are you telling me that when I'm 42 it's going to be 15.55401420 degrees in here? That's ridiculous, we really need to change that!!!
