So if you have multi-channel audio on your computer, what is your best option for a DAC? Do you just use the DACs in each channel of your PreAmp/Receiver?
Is there a high-end multi-channelDAC out there?

There are a couple of DACs that have a digital in and out.
Run the digital coax/optical from your computer to the DAC, then run the Analog outs to your receiver or 2 channel setup AND the digital out to your receiver for HT/Multi-Channel.
As far as I know, Cambridge's DacMagic, 740C, and 840C have this feature."He who fights with monsters should look to it that he himself does not become a monster. And when you gaze long into an abyss the abyss also gazes into you." Friedrich Nietzsche
