Folks, I have decided to order a set of the Monitor 50's, the matching CS10, and Monitor 30's for rears. Thus, I do not have the room for a 7.1 set-up. I want to use spage plugs on my speakers. As such, will these work?

Be sure to scroll down the page for more detailed info. I want to order 10 of them for my speakers. Not really sure if these will actually fit or not. If not, what do you use then? I know I can just connect the wire directly, but it always seems to come lose. :o:o I prefer to have a good solid and tight contact. I really like using the safe connect banana plugs on my Yammie 663. As always, any and all feedback will be most appreciated. Have a great afternoon people.

Cheers,

Phil

They will work. I have bought some of those exact ones from that same vendor in the past and I really liked them. I would not use them on the amp end, as I feel bananas work better, but they work on all speakers I owned. Good quality IMHO.

Hi, and thanks for posting. I use the Safe Connect type banana plugs on my receiver. I just want to use the spades on my Polk Monitor Series speakers. My center is the TSI CS10 so not sure if that makes any difference or not. Just to make sure, you have used these same exact spades on your Monitor Series speakers AND they worked just fine. Am, I correct here? Appreciate the info.

    Cheers,

    Phil

Not on the Monitor series you own, but on other Polk/Infinity/Cerwin Vega/the list goes on and on type speakers.

I see no reason why they will not work. They are just standard spades. Enjoy.

Okay, I just ordered 10 of them. I also needed a few banana plugs. Thanks for your help.

GLS uses the same connectors as ~M~ in a lot of their stuff. Don't sue me!
Please. Please contact me a ben62670 @ yahoo.com. Make sure to include who you are, and you are from Polk so I don't delete your email. Also I am now physically unable to work on any projects. If you need help let these guys know. There are many people who will help if you let them know where you are.
    Thanks

Yeah, I have to agree here. I have ordered from them before albeit banana plugs, but have never used the spades. Oh well, I will know soon enough as they are on their way. ;);)

LOL.........too funny. It is true, though, that Monster likes to file law suites. As such, I can certainly understand your concern..........LOL!!!! :p:p
