I have never seen so much crap in my life.....some a/c controller....the prices run from 200- 3K.......Sorry but this HI-FI crap.....3K for some A/C controller.....OK if you have no brain, and have more money then you know what to do with...fine.......
Basically I can get the same dam system from APC...for a computer, which i have, has a battery backup......kills every nasty thing coming thru. keeps the voltage constant...and cost $100.....
Dose any body realy think this is somehow going to improve the the sound of there system????????????

Well i used a monster unit and changed to a pro cheaper furman and to me the difference was big. The furman cleaned up the sound better, things became tighter.Klipsch The Nines, Audioquest Thunderbird Interconnect, Innuos Zen MK3 W4S recovery, Revolution Audio Labs USB & Ethernet, Border Patrol SE-I, Audioquest Niagara 5000 & Thunder, Cullen Crossover II PC's.

Well to be honest, I know nothing about the Monster units, But Furman has been making stuff for years, basically for guitar players, so they don't blow up there rack gear in a crappy bar....LOL
Once you say AUDIO EQUIPMENT...the price goes way up.
APC has been making major stuff for computers...for a long time. The price on these have come down. If i can run major servers on this, for major companies...some how I think, running a stereo system should be fine.......
In some cases...Audio equipment has gotten way out of hand. -
I recently have gone looking for a power conditioner and went to the local BB and the cheapest they have is a "monster" for $300 yikes! So after doing much searching on the net landed me at Guitar Center and found a Furman 15 amp for $60. The guy had it pluged into a PA running a cd through it and then un-hoohed it and the difference was obvious, amp hum, noise, and just $60 and they have many more available for different applications. Excellent product!
