I play that last god awful Rickie Lee Jones SACD when I capture a newb and pull them into the Shed, its the last thing they hear before disappering down the rabbit hole. I am trying to lure Curt now with a piece of cheese.

Anyway I am sure Pirates must be better.

The Band looks interesting.........Levon singing in High Resolution, wonder how that is going to be.

No, why would they feel the need to do so?

With the upcoming Doobie Brothers Toulouse Street SACD (originally released by Warner Music), and now the Rickie Lee Jones SACD (originally released by Reprise Records/Warner Music), it looks like Warner Music is open to the idea of releasing its catalog on SACD, format it bitterly fought against with its own DVD-Audio format. Just look at your own records/CDs and see how many were originally released by Warner Music. Just imagine....

Van Halen, Linda Ronstadt, the Eagles, Fleetwood Mac, Yes, etc. possibly on SACD.

Ooooh, I forget that Reprise Records was founded by some dude named Frank Sinatra. Maybe his music can appear on SACD too....

    Rich,

nope, I am turning his ears into pistol grips shoving some phones on them and cranking that Exposition Park screech crack at full gain until his eyes pop out and dangle around his belly button.

Doro is actually a focus group member for Warner..............he draws a paycheck from something like nine different places, it happens, especially when your a freak with three appendages.

    The Band on SACD......oh yeah!

That Exposition Blvd. was the worst crap I've ever heard. No more Rickie for me.

This sounds like a great plan Ted, I'm really looking forward to this. When do you want to do it?

I've been itching to buy the self title CD after hearing "On Saturday Afternoons in 1963" (I think) on an episode of House MD. Thx for the warning.

What was the problem? Music? Recording? Both?
