I pulled the trigger on a Sunfire Cinema Grand Signature Seven.:p I am now spending sleepless nights awaiting its arrival...:D

If my predictions are correct, this should be the last amp I ever need to buy for my home theatre needs. I still plan on a nice two channel rig sometime in the future, but that is probably 5 years off... That makes my Carver TFM-35 in need of a new home, but I am certain it will do so easily. I have only had it a couple months and I am going to miss it.;)

But now My SDA-1c's will get the massive power they deserve. As it will be set up I will have a grand total of 3.2kw of surround power!:D

Congrats. I love my signature amps. I will probably change them out some time in the future just to try different amps, but they will never leave my house that is how much I love them. Again congrats on the new addition.

    I know the feeling.....pissed is a understatement.
Glad I'm not the only one.

    Enjoy the power!
Me personally I'm in this audio addiction for the sound and not the power.

Look from the bright side, you got to keep the coins in your pocket. Nonetheless, I feel the pain for you.

Two weeks ago, I spent 5 hours driving time and $40 in gas to find out the Carver AL-3 speakers with seriously buzzing ribbon after the seller had repeatedly assured me they are working perfectly on the phone and in the emails.

... you cannot find the 400watt tga OR signature Cinemas for under 2k... trust me on that one, and that is used pricing by the way. I do not want the 200 watt sunfires, as there are better amps in this power range for less, such as the Rotel that is on the flea market on our own forums....:(

I am thankful for your help, but I spoke to your contact and he confirmed that my statements are correct...but if you have more juice than I do, call him and let me know what happens

That sux! I guess it's not just Madoffs who're dishonest!

How does that Carver compare with the 1499.99 receiver available at onecall.com?

Still not that cheap but less than 2000?

this is an older piece that does not have HDMI. My intent is to continue running my Yamaha as a pre for a while and run the Sunfire for power. eventually I will get a new pre/pro but wanted to go with something like Classe or Parasound for that...

Been in the theater room half the day tweaking, adjusting, cable management, installation. Overall I'm very happy with it, looks awesome paired up with the Elite and my D-Sonic. It's raining here so I'm inside all day in the theater room playing. Moved the outlaws out and the Sunfire is a perfect fit.
