psw 505 or dsw 600

Is the DSW 600 worth the extra 400$, over the psw 505? It seems like the dsw 600 is just the new 505. I could almost buy 3 505's for the price of 1 DSW 600.
Would I be better off getting the 505, and just adding more 505's over time, or is the dsw 600 worth the extra money?

I've owned both and for $400 cheaper I'd go with the Psw505. You can find the dsw600 for about $450 online. Have you thought about getting two 505's?

That's the thing with the 505. I can add another one easily, without spending a bunch of cash. I just don't know how much of a difference there is between the two.
Does the 600 sound better? And if so how?
I'm really wanting to upgrade my sub, for music. The psw 111 gives me enough for movies, but you hardly even hear it with the RTi A5's when playing music. It also doesn't have much kick to it. Bass drums, just don't sound as tight as they should.
Does the 505 hit very hard and tight with music? I'm really wanting to feel the double bass in music when it's present.
I'm sure that either of these subs will be loud enough for me, but I really want something with alot more punch then my current sub has.Denon 1909, want to upgrade for pre outs

I would have to say you would probally like the 505 for music better. I went from a 404 to the dsw pro 500 but my setup is more HT than music. The pro 500 hits deeper and louder but the 404 seemed tighter and faster. sorry for the broad description.TV: Philips 42" LCD 1080p
