I have some monitor 5b's that I put new MW in and have some extra sl 2500 and 3000 laying around and was thinking on putting one or the other in, what additions to the x-over is needed? or is it a waste of time and should just leave the fish eyes in?

Thanks.

Put some RD0194-1's in and call it a day.

Given that you have the SL3000's hanging around... The sticky link has the schematics. I don't know which revision your 5B's are but here is the schematic for the SL3000 mod.

Thanks, I will see if I can get the parts and for how much, trying to do this on a shoestring budget. If decide not to I will sell the surplus of sl 2500 s and 3000's
