Taco Hamburger. That's right, two of man's favorite foods mixed into one. I haven't done this yet, but here's what I want try.

Ground beef
Taco seasoning

Mix taco seasoning in the beef. Cook the burger.
Spread sour cream on the bun
Add lettuce
Tomato
Shredded Cheese

Will this recipe fail or succeed? Cast your vote.

Seeing as I've been known to make a tasty Taco Pasta, I would say success is in your future.

Dont forget the hot sauce.

When is dinner? That idea got me hungry. Maybe an egg in the mix to help hold it together? Maybe not? Sounds real good. The thing that turns me off about tacos is the shell. Maybe a pia pocket?
    Hmmm

Steve, you gonna use a corn based bread? I can't get the thought of plain white bread or a hamburger bun out of my head.

Add some finely chopped onion with the seasoning & burger Steve & you have a winner.

I just might have to try that. Yum.

I'd think it would be possible to overdo the taco seasoning, but otherwise I think you've got a winner.

Potato rolls are always good, but the corn bread idea of Tom's is intriguing..

Obviously you must not have a Taco John's in your area. Taco Burger, my favorite!

I don't like sour cream or raw/fresh tomato. FAIL!

Now take that burger and crumble it up, add lettuce, shedded jack and cheddar cheese, just a little finely diced onion, add some taco sauce/salsa and put it on a tortilla....Now you have a winner!

    Speaking of burgers and cheese...

Last week I picked up a pound of chop meat, mixed it with balsamic vinaigrette, made half a hamburger patty and placed a chunk of fresh mozzarella cheese on top, then threw the top half of the patty on.

Cooked them on the George Foreman grill and served them with Bullseye Guinness blend BBQ sauce on the side.

Need more DATA! Are we using mild taco seasoning, or the 'OMFG, my sinuses are bleeding' stuff? If it's mild, then cancel the sour cream, or they'll just cancel each other out.
