Best way to setup in-wall Front, Sides and Rear

Ok, bought 2 pair of rci85's for Center and Front, and 2 pair of rci65 for sides and rear. First question is I have a Dennon 3805 7.1 and if i run 2 centers that will take the 8ohm to 4ohm. Can this be done without hurting the amp, I know more power will be running to the two speaker and will have to turn them down. 2nd question is I have 8ft ceilings that are recessed.... but like a tray. Anyway how high or low should the speakers be? The TV is over the fireplace with windows on each side. Where should the speakers go? Over the windows next to the ceiling and the centers under the TV or the fronts L+R right next to the TV? 3rd question about the sides, in the middle of the wall or next to the ceiling in the middle of the room? 4th is for the rears, middle of the rear wall or next to the ceiling? Hope I havn't confused everyone but sounds clear as mud to me. Thx for any replies.:D

Never done much with in walls, so the best I can offer up is Dolby's guide
Dolby set up guide here
Remember this is a guide, it is not cast in stone. Everyone working with something other than a dedicated HT room has to work around limitations with some type of compromise or another.
There are a couple other threads going on this subject give them a read also.

anymore idea's? Do you think the sides and rears would sound good in the wall close to the ceiling, in the ceiling or in the middle of the wall? Im sure the middle of the wall would be best, but I'm just not sure on how it would look being the living room. Any thoughts?

Ideally the surround speakers should be about 2-3 feet above ear level, so middle of the wall would probably be best.
Fronts should be at about ear level if possible. Putting them above the windows might put them up to high. How far would they be spaced apart if they were on either side of the TV?
One question...Why are you using two center channels? Using multiple center channels can cause phase issues, especially with the two being in close proximity to one another. It can make them sound worse than just using a single center channel. You'd probably really be better off going with one center channel.
I'm not familiar with the AVR you mentioned, but it's likely not designed to run 4 ohm loads. It probably wouldn't hurt it in all reality since it's just one channel with a 4 ohm load, but it's still generally not recommended.
Hope this helps, and welcome to Club Polk.:)The nirvana inducer-

To put a better picture here I'm going to take pic's of my room to show what i'm dealing with. Later tonight. The TV is over the fireplace with full length windows on each side of the TV. To the right of the tv is a 15ft wall no windows, to the rear wall-hallway-wall, then to the left of tv opening to the dining then wall about 5ft then doorway to kitchen. Pretty much sq but alot of openings. And alot of stuff(Wife Stuff) in the way of progress! So what to Do?
