Can anyone help me get rid of a RUNDLL error on my computer?

Hey everyone, I've been having some problems with my computer lately in the form of a RUNDLL error. I was hoping someone might be able to help me get rid of it, as I'm not exactly a computer whiz.
When I first log on to my user account, a small window pops up on the screen. On the top bar of the window, it just says "RUNDLL". The text within the window reads as follows...
Error loading C:\WINDOWS\Qnizo.dll
The specified module could not be found.
There's a button below the text that says "OK". I can either click the "OK" button, or hit the red X and the window will close, but it always pops back up the next time I log on.
It's been doing this for a few weeks now, and I've tried googling it to find a solution, and haven't been able to figure anything out so far.
I've also been having some other problems since this started, that I'm assuming are related to the RUNDLL error. Sometimes if I do a google search, I'll click on one of the links and it doesn't bring me to the specified link, but to a completely different, apparently random page. When it does that, if I press back in the browser to go back to the search and click the link again, it will take me to the correct page. I don't know if that's related, but it never happened before I started getting this error, so I'm assuming it's related.
My computer has been running slower in general too, especially when I'm logging off of my user account. Sometimes it will take literally 2-3 minutes for my account to log off after I hit the "log off" button.
Can anyone help me out? It would be very much appreciated.:)

Stay off the **** sites.
I don't think that's what it's from Lee.;) And no!...lol
From what I've gathered, RUNDLL errors occur when a program is uninstalled improperly, in incompletely. Fragments of the program are left behind, and are what causes the error.
How to get rid of it has eluded me though. The nirvana inducer-

Have you removed any programs lately? -
Give these a try:
http://www.malwarebytes.org/
http://www.safer-networking.org/en/index.html
The error you are receiving could be due to something legit like a failed uninstallation, but the slowness and the fact that you're being redirected to different sites makes me think you might have some spyware or something. Good luck.Speakers: Polk LSi15

Are u sure its Qnizo.dll?
Try this:
Click start, run and type regedit
When the registry opens go here:
HKEY_local machine\software\microsoft\windows\current version\run
On the right side do u see a line that says C:\WINDOWS\Qnizo.dll?
If so then right click that line under the "Name" column and delete it.
Do the same thing under HKEY_Current user\software\microsoft\windows\current version\run
Reboot and see if that worked. -

You might want to do a backup of the registry first"The legitimate powers of government extend to such acts only as are injurious to others. But it does me no injury for my neighbour to say there are twenty gods, or no god. It neither picks my pocket nor breaks my leg." --Thomas Jefferson -
It does sound like a program was uninstalled or did not install properly. If you know when this started and you are running xp or vista. Try doing a system restore to a date prior to this error starting.
In XP go to Start>Programs>Accesories>Sysytem Tools>Sysytem Restore. Then Just select a restore point on the calander provided to a date prior to when you first noticed the error.
This should work.
As for the browser taking you to a site other than selected, this sounds like a browser hijacker. Try downloading and install the following ; MalwareBytesand Super antispyware and run them both.
Here are the links. Just download the trial versions

Yes, I'm sure it's Qnizo.dll. Whatever the hell that is.
Thanks for the suggestions guys, I'll give some of your suggestions a try a little later on and see if it gets me anywhere.
I'm using Windows XP, with a Pentium 4 processor and it's on an older Gateway computer. I think it was purchased in about 2000. I'm not sure of the other specs or anything on it though.
